At Diligent Home Health Care, we hold a state license as an adult family home in Wisconsin. Our licensing permits us to cater to a maximum of three adult residents, regardless of gender. Our specialized care encompasses various client groups, including those with developmental disabilities, emotional or mental health challenges, substance abuse issues (AODA), and older adults. Our establishment was founded with the intention of nurturing individuals to reach their utmost potential within a nurturing, empathetic, and transparent atmosphere. Personal Care

Assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, eating, transferring, grooming, and mobility.

Homemaker

Assistance with housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning.

Meals

The preparation, serving and cleaning associated with a meal, but not the food costs.

Medication Management

Assistance administering medications or reminders about taking medications. As an aside, this is highly regulated and varies dramatically by state.

Transportation

Assistance with transportation or assistance arranging transportation.
